Spacious and impeccably decorated, we found this home to be an oasis of calm. Easy access to beaches, river walk and the historic downtown area. Would definitely stay here again. Kyler was very responsive to questions and a terrific host.

We stayed at Kyler’s place twice while in Wilmington. The house was modern, extremely clean and comfortable with all the equipment and amenities you could ask for and had a well-appointed kitchen. The place is conveniently located in a cool neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. Kyler was super responsive and helpful throughout our trip. A pleasure to stay!

My family and I absolutely loved Kyler's home. The home had plenty of room and had all things we needed. The home was well thought out. My two girls had a a great time with the games. Very family friendly. the location was perfect just a 5 min drive to downtown Wilmington. 20 min drive to the beach. Kyler was a great host and so hospitable. Would definitely dat here if we come back.

Our stay was just lovely! The house was spotless when we arrived and parking was excellent (off the street spots), and Kyler was a great host. Plenty of space for 6. Cute coffee shop and breakfast place within a 5 minute walk was a great perk! Safe and quiet location. Easy to drive or walk downtown (the walk was just over a mile). Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this neighborhood and Kyler's home was one of the most tastefully decorated, thoughtfully designed and beautifully appointed that I've stayed in. We were comfortable, content and happy to have found this gem in a cool, artsy and friendly Wilmington neighborhood. Many options for eating/drinking nearby, and a short, scenic walk to Front Street for more. Glad to have found it and hope to return.

Can I give more than 5 stars? This was the most well appointed, well-decorated property we have ever stayed in. From the pocket office to the kitchen appliances to the high-end finishes this place was a real gem. Ample tea, coffee and toiletries, as well as towels, laundry supplies and more. We were lacking nothing! The neighborhood is experiencing a revitalization and while it certainly had an urban vibe, you could tell the area was both safe as well as filled with many restaurants, shops, wine bars, etc. Host was very responsive as well.

So happy with our stay. The place was as described and fit our group well. We had a blip at the beginning and Kyler was on top of it. We appreciated the excellent communication and fast response.
The place was comfortable and we really enjoyed all the sitting areas, including the cozy front porch. We enjoyed the kitchen stocked with coffee and coffee condiments, but we also visited the coffee shop in easy walking distance. Would stay here again!

The house is perfect! My family and I enjoyed our stay. My 3 and 1 year old didn’t even bother with their toys we brought because they were OBSESSED with the train set and doll house. The location is great - downtown is a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
